We're Good to Go!
Good_To_Go_EnglandOur Number One priority is the safety of our guests. We have been working tirelessly to ensure that guests can enjoy our beautiful accommodation during this time.

We have acquired the Industry Standard mark meaning our business follows government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and have a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

How do the new policies affect my holiday at Lancombes House?
We have three self-catering cottages on site. The Farmhouse and Tanglewood are next to each other and whilst they have seperate entrances and parking we have decided to rotate the weekly availability of them so there is no problem with social distancing. Buckingham Cottage is on the otherside of the courtyard but is also on a weekly rotation. This means that all cottages can be thoroughly cleaned between each stay.

The Games Room is normally a communal area so will remain closed during the summer. The DVD  and Book Library will also be unusable at this time.

The Laundry Room is bookable through Adrian, Sue or Jenny and will be thoroughly cleaned between each use.

We will provide hand sanitiser at the doors for each cottage, anti-bacterial hand soap at each sink and wipes for use on handles/surfaces during your stay.



What happens if we need to cancel due to illness?
If you or anyone in your party show any symptoms of Covid-19 then those people must self-isolate, get a test and not come to the property. Please contact us if such an issue should arrive and we can rearrange your holiday.



What happens if the government guidelines change?
We are working to Government Guidelines and if they change we will adapt accordingly. If for any reason your holiday is affected we can rearrange your holiday or offer a refund.
